Located close to a mall and with an ATM situated across the street, this hotel provides a convenient location. the staff is helpful and friendly, and they ensure that the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. the hotel also has a secure access system that adds to the sense of safety.

The hotel's swimming pool area is a disappointment, with a lack of attention paid to safety measures. the floor is slippery, and no warnings are provided about the surrounding area, which could be dangerous, especially for children.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was very clean and the facilities were great. There was secure access to the floors which made us feel safe. We enjoyed the big and nicely furnished rooms. The location was perfect as it was walking distance from the mall and food court. We got to unwind by the pool which was well maintained. In addition, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Best aspects of my Easter stay at this hotel were the cozy lobby and friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was near malls and fast food restaurants. the water pressure from the shower was great, making my stay even more comfortable.

The worst aspect was that the free Wi-Fi password they provided was incorrect. Although the issue was resolved after contacting the reception, it was still inconvenient to deal with.

The hotel has spacious rooms that are well-equipped and comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious with various options. Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance to the mall, shops, and restaurants.

The swimming pool area was not up to par, with slippery floors and no proper changing rooms. the hotel only provided one access card which made it difficult when needing to leave family members in the room and that requires the card to keep the electricity on.
